We are Looking for a Sales Director that knows the Benelux market. As Sales Director you would be responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales as well as marketing plans and initiatives in the company's continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service and financial profitability. You will be responsible for generating leads and revenue by selling Mews Systems to the Benelux Hotel & Hostel industry. Our ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate, sell and close business at all levels from Departmental Management to Board Level.


Your Mission:

  • Generate new business and ability to grow an extensive, qualified pipeline by creating a process driven culture that churns out expected results
  • Lead the team by example by jumping into meetings with large clients to demonstrate your experience in negotiating and closing sales
  • Manage, develop and maintain sales plans and that consistently are designed to hit high growth targets and share reporting on a regular basis with the CCO
  • Establish sales objectives for the greater Benelux market by identifying key regions or territories and setup a stepwise execution plan to meet the targets
  • Forecast annual sales targets for each team member using past performance indicators to grow the sales team sustainably in the above-mentioned regions and territories that were defined
  • Implement national sales programs that are designed to handle all field situations by structuring the team with an action plan and growth plan for the Benelux market
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending events, educational workshops and being involved in industry events
  • Keep up to date on all of Mews Systems products and services and speak about them regularly and openly with your team
  • Work closely with the marketing department for insights on focused campaigns to quickly scale the market segment
  • Maintain a high performing sales staff by recruiting, selecting, coaching, designing career growth, and training employees

Your Skills:

  • Fluent Dutch and English (proficiency French is a plus)
  • Higher Education preferably in Finance/Business/Management
  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of business experience
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • The ability to take initiative motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
