Mews Systems is seeking a dynamic Finance Specialist to join our growing team in Prague. As we on-board clients in a multitude of regions, grow the team, and develop more products, the business gets more and more complex. We are looking for someone who can help us keep the accounting records in order and up to date.

Your Mission:

This position is based in the finance team with a possibility to grow into a more senior role.

The role will evolve as the company grows, but the main focus will be to:

  • Finance operations – regular tasks (such as processing expenses, setting up new client subscriptions) but also ad-hoc issues on daily basis
  • Finance support help desk – to ensure quick, efficient and positive responses to our clients
  • Participation in internal projects
  • Come up with new ideas and possible improvements and help with internal process documentation
  • Cooperation with team members/suppliers

Your Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company, ready to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Highly structured and organized
  • Ability to take feedback, learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • A driver of new ideas and suggestions in order to move the company forward
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Outgoing, social, ready to communicate with employees, customers and partners across different countries
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience preferably in Economics/Hotel
